Mr. Richard Kibombo has a Masters of Science Degree in Statistics from the University of Wisconsin – USA and a Bachelors of Statistics Degree from Makerere University. He has 20 years of experience in research and statistics and has conducted a number of multi-disciplinary action and policy research. He has served as Principal Investigator, Co-Investigator or as Project Statistician on a number of local and multi-country studies particularly in the area of sexual and reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, primary education and telecommunications.
Mr. Kibombo has capabilities and expertise in developing and managing Monitoring and Evaluation systems and conducting impact evaluation. His professional training as a Statistician and Analyst greatly enhances the monitoring and evaluation expertise to design, deliver and operate systems, which combine high standards of data validity with management for development results.
